- From your office phone, dial 4000.
- The prompt Enter your PIN, followed by pound (#) should be heard. Enter your voice mail PIN, followed by the pound key (#).
- Press 4 for Setup Options.
- Press 3 for Preferences.
- Press 1 for Change your PIN.
- Follow the prompts to input your new PIN.
